What debt recovery costs and how success-based commission works

What does a debt recovery company charge? At e‑PGW our bands are public: debt recovery from 6%, personal injury compensation up to 35%, on the amount recovered, with no upfront fees.

The biggest concerns when commissioning debt recovery are cost and risk. At e‑PGW we charge success-based commission: you pay only on the amount we actually recover. No joining fee, no subscription.

Published commission ranges

  • Amicable debt recovery: 6–15%, a recent, undisputed invoice, without court action.
  • Court debt recovery: 10–30%, you cover the court fee in return for a lower commission.
  • Court debt recovery with PozwijGo: 25–35%, we advance the costs of proceedings.
  • Court debt recovery with PozwijGo Plus: 35–50%, including cover for the opposing party’s costs: losing = PLN 0, with even the other side’s costs covered by us.
  • Property damage compensation: 15–40% of the amount recovered.
  • Personal injury compensation: up to 35% (pre-court stage).

Our overriding rule: we never take more than half, you always receive at least as much of the recovered money as we do.

The higher the amount, the lower the percentage. We put the exact rate and upper limit in the agreement before starting anything. You can find the full breakdown on our Pricing.

PozwijGo: your case without upfront costs

Court fees can prevent people from pursuing money they are owed. PozwijGo is an arrangement under which we cover court costs upfront and settle our fee only from the amount recovered.

Why our rates are public

Our rates are public, with debt recovery from 6%, and we put the exact percentage for your case in the agreement before starting anything. Submit your case for a specific quote.
