Full transparency
See exactly what stage your case has reached, what documents have been filed with the court and when to expect a hearing.
An informed decision
Decide for yourself whether to avoid additional court and enforcement costs or defend your case in court. The decision is yours.
Voluntary agreement
If you want to settle your debt, we propose a repayment plan, often without penalty interest, court enforcement or an entry in the KRD debt register.
A substantially shorter process
Voluntary repayment closes the case in weeks rather than years. Lower costs for you, faster recovery for the creditor.
Make an informed decision before a claim takes you by surprise
If you have received a payment demand from us, sign in to the portal to see the full details of your case. Avoiding additional court costs and an entry in the KRD debt register may be easier than you think.
FAQ: debtor module
How do I know I am a party to a case in e‑PGW?+
You will receive an official demand for payment from Polska Grupa Wierzytelności by post or electronically. It includes a unique activation code for your e‑PGW portal account.
Do I have to create an account and sign in to the portal?+
It is not compulsory; you can continue to communicate by post. Signing in to the portal gives you access to the full case history, cost simulations and the option to propose a settlement without an office visit.
Can information I enter in the portal be used against me in court?+
Portal communication is intended to resolve the case amicably. However, acknowledging a debt or declaring repayment may have legal effects (e.g. interrupting the limitation period). You can consult your own lawyer before making such a statement. The terms and conditions describe how correspondence is processed.
Can I propose repayment in instalments?+
Yes, the portal has a settlement proposal form (instalments, interest waiver, payment extension). The people handling your case receive the proposal, assess it and respond in the portal.
How is my data protected?+
GDPR compliance. Database and files hosted by Supabase (Frankfurt region), application on Microsoft Azure; encryption at rest and in transit, and per-case isolation (RLS). Access is limited to authorised case handlers and essential technology providers. The Privacy Policy describes service locations and transfer rules.
