View your case before it reaches a court enforcement officer
Our standard practice: if the case concerns your debt, you do not have to wait for a registered letter. You receive access to your account in the e‑PGW portal and see how your case is actually progressing towards court. This lets you make an informed decision whether to incur additional proceedings costs or repay voluntarily, which speeds up recovery and reduces your expenses.

This feature complies with GDPR and the debtor's right to information. Access is limited to your case.
Full transparency
See exactly what stage your case is at, which documents have been filed with the court and when to expect a hearing.
An informed decision
Decide for yourself whether to avoid additional court and enforcement costs or defend your case in court. The decision is yours.
Voluntary agreement
If you want to settle your debt, we propose a repayment plan, often without penalty interest, court enforcement or an entry in the KRD debt register.
A substantially shorter process
Voluntary repayment closes a case in weeks rather than years. Lower costs for you and faster recovery for the creditor.
