PozwijGo may cover proceedings costs
Lack of funds for a claim filing fee, expert witness or bailiff does not have to prevent you from pursuing a claim. PozwijGo is our arrangement under which, once your case qualifies, we finance these costs upfront and settle from the amount recovered.

Claim filing fee: 5% of the amount in dispute for claims over 20 000 zł; in the electronic court/EPU, 1,25%; maximum 200 000 zł.

Which cases PozwijGo covers
PozwijGo finances cases we take to court: debt recovery (business invoices and personal debts, e.g. loans, rent, sales) and property damage compensation. For personal injury claims, we act at the pre-court stage (negotiations with the insurer, with no court fees paid by us). Every case requires a positive assessment.

Which cases
PozwijGo helps recover debts and obtain compensation for damaged property. Where an injury affects your health, we negotiate with the insurer before the case goes to court. We assess every case first.
How it works
First, we assess your case for free. We look at whether you have grounds for a claim, how much you could recover and how long it might take. We then tell you whether PozwijGo suits your case. Not every case qualifies.
If your case qualifies, we pay the court costs: claim filing fees, advances for expert fees and court enforcement costs. You do not advance this money.
We settle only from the amount recovered. You receive the terms in writing before signing anything. If we lose the case, you do not reimburse our costs. However, the court may order you to pay the other party's costs. We explain this in advance too.
