From the first conversation to the next step

Good cooperation starts with understanding the case. We then agree what we will do, on what terms and how we will keep you informed.

  1. Understanding your case

We start with your situation and documents. We establish what is missing and whether your case falls within our services.

  2. Agreeing terms

Before we start working together, we set out the scope of work, payment terms and possible costs. You decide after reviewing the terms.

  3. Meeting your case manager

You have a contact person who coordinates our services, helps collect documents and explains the next steps.

  4. Taking action and keeping you informed

We take the agreed steps and keep you informed of progress. If we need a decision or an additional document, we contact you.

Clear allocation of responsibilities

PGW provides organisational services: collecting documents, coordinating activities and communicating with clients within the agreed scope. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal assistance.

Independent advocates or legal advisers of your choice handle court representation. Reserved restructuring activities are performed by licensed restructuring advisers. These professionals bear professional responsibility for their own work.

Human contact, portal convenience

e‑PGW is our company's tool for communication, documents and case information. Available features depend on the service. Your case manager will explain what you can do in the portal and which contact arrangements we agree for your case.
