The longer you wait, the harder it is to recover a debt
A recent, documented debt has the best chance of prompt recovery. Submitting a case takes a few minutes.
Plain language
Is someone failing to pay you back?
We help recover money from unpaid invoices, loans, rent and sales. Individuals and businesses can submit a case.
What to prepare
- Prepare the agreement, invoice or other evidence of the debt.
- Provide the amount, payment deadline and details of the person or business that owes you money.
- Keep messages and previous demands for payment.
What happens next
We review the documents and explain possible next steps.
The first step may be to demand payment and attempt an agreement.
If court proceedings are needed, an advocate or legal adviser provides representation.
Bailiff enforcement may be the next stage. The outcome also depends on the debtor's assets.
Costs and key limitations
We agree the commission, costs and scope of financing before the contract is signed. Not every case requires the same stages. We do not handle maintenance claims. Recovery is not guaranteed.
Submitting a case does not mean it has been accepted for handling. Before deciding, you will receive the scope of cooperation and contract terms. See pricing and the answers below. This page is for information only and does not constitute legal advice.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
If you have not found an answer, write to us and describe what you need.
Ask a question- How much of the amount recovered does a debt recovery company take?
- Our transparent tiers start at 6% of the amount actually recovered: amicable 6–15%, court 10–30%, court with PozwijGo 25–35% (we advance costs), with PozwijGo Plus 35–50% (we take on the opponent's costs, losing = 0 zł). If you act as a private individual, the commission depends on the route used to handle your case. When acting on your instruction, commission will not exceed 35% of the amount recovered. Under an assignment (including PozwijGo Plus, where we take over the case as creditor and bear litigation costs), it will not exceed 40%. In both cases, you pay only from what we recover: no recovery means 0 zł, and under an assignment the receivable returns to you. No joining fee or subscription; the exact rate is stated in the agreement before we start.
- Do you recover debts for individuals?
- Yes. Alongside business invoices, we recover money owed to individuals: unpaid loans, sales payments, rent arrears and unpaid services (transferable claims; we do not handle maintenance claims). The debtor may be an individual or a business, for example in the case of an unreturned security deposit or advance. The same transparent success-based commission tiers apply. We provide ongoing receivables portfolio management under the Polska Grupa Wierzytelności brand.
- How does debt recovery work?
- In stages: demand for payment (amicable) → court proceedings, including the electronic court/EPU for undisputed invoices → bailiff enforcement. Many cases end at the demand stage.
- Can I check a debtor before submitting a case?
- Yes, you can check a business partner free of charge by NIP in the Ministry of Finance's VAT register (White List), with no account or registration.
