  • Remote service, no visits to our office

What you can claim

For pain, suffering and non-financial harm after an accident.

Treatment and rehabilitation costs

Reimbursement of treatment, travel and equipment expenses.

Underpaid liability insurance claims

A top-up payment when the insurer has underpaid.

Lost earnings

Compensation for income lost due to inability to work.

How we pursue your compensation

  1. 1

    Free case assessment

We estimate the amount you are realistically entitled to and assess your prospects. No obligation.

  2. 2

    Gathering evidence of damage

We guide you from the start, compiling medical records, treatment costs and lost income information, while maintaining confidentiality.

  3. 3

Submitting a claim to the insurer

We submit and negotiate the full claim under the responsible party's liability insurance.

  4. 4

Court proceedings if compensation is too low

If the insurer's compensation offer is unsatisfactory, we refer the case to the appropriate court; an associated legal adviser or advocate specialising in compensation claims provides representation.

  5. 5

    Payment of compensation

You receive compensation following payment by the insurer or the final conclusion of court proceedings.

A replacement car while yours is repaired

After a collision, being without a car is often the biggest inconvenience. We have our own fleet, so we provide the car ourselves and handle the paperwork alongside your case.

  • Dacia Duster

  • Toyota RAV4

  • Volkswagen Tiguan

The daily rental rate is 75 zł net (92,25 zł gross), the same for every vehicle.

All three cars are compact suv, while the rate is at a level typically found for the smallest car class. You therefore get a larger car than the price would suggest.

The fleet has 3 vehicles and each car can be rented to only one person at a time, so we confirm availability when you enquire, not in advance.

The responsible party's insurer decides whether and to what extent it will cover rental costs, usually taking the damaged vehicle's class into account. We explain your position before providing the car; you receive the rental terms in writing before signing.

If court representation is needed, an advocate or legal adviser of your choice provides it. This material is for information only and does not constitute legal advice. See also pricing and the guide.

Plain language

Were you injured in an accident?

We assess claims for the consequences of accidents: pain and suffering, treatment, rehabilitation and lost earnings. We also review underpayments by insurers.

What to prepare

  • Prepare basic information about the accident and the insurer's decision, if you already have it.
  • Keep receipts for treatment, rehabilitation and travel.
  • Provide medical documents only through an agreed secure channel.

What happens next

  1. We make a preliminary assessment and explain which documents are needed.

  2. We organise evidence of the injury and costs incurred.

  3. We submit a demand for payment to the insurer and conduct negotiations.

  4. If court proceedings are needed, an advocate or legal adviser of your choice represents you.

  5. Once the money is received, settlement takes place under the agreement.

Costs and key limitations

The payout depends on the circumstances and evidence. We do not guarantee compensation. Costs for the court stage must be agreed separately; commission and offer limitations are described below.

Submitting a case does not mean it has been accepted for handling. Before deciding, you will receive the scope of cooperation and contract terms. See pricing and the answers below. This page is for information only and does not constitute legal advice.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

If you have not found an answer, write to us and describe what you need.

Ask a question
How much time do I have to pursue compensation after an accident?
Formally, quite a lot, because personal injury claims have a longer limitation period (extended further for harm resulting from a criminal offence). In practice, it is best to contact us as soon as possible: when we handle a case from the start, complete medical records gathered as treatment progresses substantially improve the prospects of a higher award. The later you act, the harder it is to obtain evidence and the easier it is for an insurer to undervalue the payout.
I have already received a third-party liability payout. Can I claim more?
Often, yes. Insurers sometimes undervalue payouts (injury, treatment costs, rehabilitation, lost income, compensation for non-material harm). We analyse the existing decision and pursue an additional payment.
How much does pursuing compensation after an accident cost?
Success-based commission: you pay only on compensation actually obtained. Personal injury after a road accident: up to 35% (pre-litigation stage). No joining fee; no court fees at the pre-litigation stage.
What do I need to start?
Basic information about the incident and previous correspondence with the insurer is enough. We will collect details, including documentation, securely at a later stage through a channel agreed with you.
