PozwijGo may cover proceedings costs
Lack of funds for a claim filing fee, expert witness or bailiff does not have to prevent you from pursuing a claim. PozwijGo is our arrangement under which, once your case qualifies, we finance these costs upfront and settle from the amount recovered.

We check free of charge whether the claim has a basis, its estimated value and how long proceedings may take.

Once the case qualifies, we pay the claim filing fee, court fees, expert advances and bailiff costs from our budget.

We settle from the amount recovered; if the case is unsuccessful, you do not reimburse the costs we incurred.

We can finance the claim filing fee, expert witness advances or bailiff costs from our budget (subject to case eligibility). We settle from the amount recovered. If the case is unsuccessful, you do not repay these costs. The agreement explains any potential opposing party costs.

Ask a question- Will I pay upfront for a compensation case?
- We charge no joining fee. In compensation cases, we work on success-based commission, and PozwijGo may finance court fees (subject to eligibility). We explain any potential opposing party costs before you sign the agreement.
- What is consumer bankruptcy?
- It is a court route out of debt for individuals. The court may discharge all or part of the obligations; the scope depends on the individual situation. Proceedings usually take 12–24 months.
- Someone has not paid me back. Can you recover a private debt?
- Yes. We recover money owed to individuals: unpaid loans, sales payments, rent arrears and unpaid services (transferable claims; we do not handle maintenance claims, which are pursued in separate proceedings). The debtor may be an individual or a business, for example in the case of an unreturned security deposit or advance. Success-based commission, transparent tiers from 6%; full ranges are on the Pricing page.
- Do you also handle criminal, civil or inheritance cases?
- No, those are handled by law firms. e‑PGW handles debt recovery, compensation and consumer bankruptcy; you entrust other cases to an independent legal adviser or advocate, entirely of your choice.
