Tell us what happened. We will explain whether we can take on your case and what we will need. The initial assessment is free and carries no obligation.
Documents for assessment
We will identify the documents needed to assess your loss, such as the insurer’s decision or a repair estimate. We will also agree on how to send them.
Scope of support and costs
Before you enter into a contract, we will explain the scope of our support, our fees and any potential costs. You decide whether to work with us.

Do not send medical records through the general contact form. We will agree with you individually on how to submit them.

Our payment terms are set out in our pricing information. We do not guarantee a compensation amount, an outcome or a date by which your case will be concluded.
