Plain language

Unable to repay your debts?

We help organise documents and assess the possibility of consumer bankruptcy. The court decides whether to declare bankruptcy and on its subsequent terms, not the website form.

What to prepare

  • List your debts and the people and businesses you owe money to.
  • Prepare information about your income, expenses and assets.
  • Keep letters from creditors, the court and the bailiff.

What happens next

  1. We first learn about your situation and discuss possible solutions.

  2. We organise the documents. The agreement defines the paid stage and the terms for further work.

  3. An authorised specialist of your choice handles the application and representation.

  4. The court decides the case. Further obligations and any debt discharge depend on its decision.

Costs and key limitations

Bankruptcy may involve selling assets, including your home. We do not promise discharge of all debts or a specific timeframe. Packages, payment stages, instalments and exclusions are listed below, based on our common price list.

Submitting a case does not mean it has been accepted for handling. Before deciding, you will receive the scope of cooperation and contract terms. See pricing and the answers below. This page is for information only and does not constitute legal advice.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

If you have not found an answer, write to us and describe what you need.

Ask a question
Who can declare consumer bankruptcy?
An individual who does not run a business and has become insolvent (does not pay obligations as they fall due). The court assesses each situation individually. We will assess your prospects after submission.
How long does consumer bankruptcy take?
Usually from a dozen to several dozen months, depending on assets, the number of creditors and the repayment plan. Preparing and filing the application takes much less time.
Will I lose my home?
It depends on the situation. If real estate forms part of the bankruptcy estate, an amount for rental accommodation is set aside from the proceeds. We assess each case individually and explain the consequences before you decide.
How much does consumer bankruptcy support cost?
From 3 900 zł. The price depends on the case's complexity (assets, number of creditors), not the amount of debt. After the first stage, you repay the remainder in instalments of 500 zł, with no increase in the total fee for paying by instalments. The court fee (30 zł) and bankruptcy trustee's remuneration are not included. All packages are in the price list.
